Problem
Event organizers and photographers struggled with efficiently organizing, categorizing, and sharing large volumes of event media. Clients needed a streamlined way to access, download, and manage event photos and videos across multiple subscription tiers.
Impact
Acquired 40+ customers by simplifying event media management, enabled seamless media organization and sharing, and provided flexible subscription plans (Free, Advanced, Premium, Enterprise) to cater to diverse client needs.

Sri Lanka University Games App - MoraSpirit
A mobile app for both iOS and Android, allowing viewers to watch live scores, access previous scores, and view upcoming games between universities. Additionally, a web portal is provided for the news team to update scores in real-time for 20+ games.
Problem
University sports events lacked a centralized platform for real-time score updates and game information. Viewers needed easy access to live scores, previous results, and upcoming game schedules across multiple universities.
Impact
Enabled real-time score tracking for 20+ games, improved accessibility of university sports information, and streamlined the news team's workflow for updating scores across multiple events simultaneously.

Hostel Management System - UoM Welfare Division
A platform to digitize the hostel application process for students and the room allocation and application management process for welfare division staff that was previously done manually.
Problem
The University of Moratuwa Welfare Division managed hostel applications and room allocations manually, leading to inefficiencies, delays, and potential errors in the allocation process. Students needed a streamlined way to apply for hostel accommodation.
Impact
Digitized the entire hostel application and allocation process, reduced manual paperwork and processing time, improved transparency for students, and enabled efficient room management for welfare division staff.
